You also will select which cuts from the beef you want to turn into ground beef. And if you want paper wrap or vac seal packaging. (vac seal costs .30 Cents per package. But will keep beef fresh longer. Make sure to handle it with care. If you tug, carry by the labeled edge, or toss it into the freezer, you can break that seal.
With a custom cut beef, you can choose not have it USDA Inspected. We USDA inspection so that we can sell beef by the package and are not limited to only selling whole, half or quarters of beef.
