Custom cut: You will work directly with the locker to decide how you want your beef cut, what size roasts ect and # of steaks and thickness, what weight of ground beef you want per package..  You also will select which cuts from the beef you want to turn into ground beef. And if you want paper wrap or vac seal packaging. (vac seal costs .30 Cents per package.  But will keep beef fresh longer.  Make sure to handle it with care.  If you tug, carry by the labeled edge, or toss it into the freezer, you can break that seal.  

With a custom cut beef, you can choose not have it USDA Inspected.  We USDA inspection so that we can sell beef by the package and are not limited to only selling whole, half or quarters of beef.  We can also sell retail and to restaurants.  If you CHOOSE NOT TO USDA CERTIFY your beef, the packages will be marked "NOT FOR SALE" rather than have the K Creek Ranch Label on them.  The beef you

Pre Cut:  A pre-cut beef is a beef that we have cut to standard cutting list. It is freezer ready and available for pick up when we have extras in stock. All meat is vacuum sealed for freshness.  

The standard cuts included are: 

  • Ground beef in handy 1 lb squares.  
  • Your steaks will come 2 per pack with cuts that include; Ribeye, Sirloin, Fillet and NY Strip.  
  • Roast cuts are approx. 2-3 lb per roast and cuts include; Rump, Sirloin Tip, Chuck, and Arm. 

Also included are the: 

  • Short Ribs, Oxtail, Heart, Tongue, Liver, Meaty Soup Bones, Bone Broth Marrow Bones and Brisket.
