It’s that time again — and this one’s bittersweet.
We’ve hit the last butcher date of the year for our K Creek Ranch 100% Grass-Fed Beef, and the clock is officially ticking!
If you’ve been meaning to fill your freezer with clean, tender, home-raised beef straight from our pastures… this is your sign (and your friendly nudge) to get your order in before November 10th!
Our cattle have spent their summer doing what they do best — grazing on lush K Creek Ranch pastures, soaking up sunshine, and pretending they’re not being watched like celebrities while we admire them from the fence line. No grain. No feedlot. Just the good stuff — raised slow, the way nature intended.
We always say you can taste the difference when your beef has had a happy life — and our customers tend to agree! Whether you’re after juicy steaks for the grill, hearty roasts for those cold winter Sundays, or ground beef that actually holds together in a burger (imagine that!) and isn't mostly fat you throw away, this is the time to stock up.
And when we say this is the last chance for the year, we mean it. Once this butcher date passes, the next chance to order quarters, halves or whole beef won’t roll around until July 1st, 2026. So if you’re the kind of person who likes to open the freezer and smile at a wall of locally raised, delicious beef — don’t wait too long.
